the service was great, with friendly staff willing to help with anything I needed. the room was spacious and had all the exclusive advantages that one would expect from a 5-star hotel, including private facilities. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax.

this hotel has a great location advantage, which makes it a perfect choice for those wanting to explore the city.

Felt warm, but nothing too much trouble.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is easily accessible by underground, with Moorgate tube stop just a stone's throw away. The location is ideal for exploring London City. Guests are impressed with the comfortable rooms and luxurious bathrooms, as well as the fantastic service and delicious breakfast. The Club Lounge and rooftop bar provide wonderful views of the city and make for a lovely evening out.

One negative point mentioned by some guests is that some of the rooms are in need of maintenance and show signs of wear and tear.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They personally took me to my room and attended to every detail. The hotel is great location, close to all the areas I needed to attend, including Liverpool Street station and the Barbican theatre. Plus, there's a small convenience store nearby.

Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel was clean, with great facilities.

I had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also ideal, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The club lounge was a great addition, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. And a pub right next door was a bonus!

Although my overall experience was great, there were a couple of issues. my room didn't have a single sofa as I had requested, and the lack of proper blackout curtains affected my sleep.

Close to the Barbican, perfect location to see a show. Cote restaurant nearby offers good food. Hotel has a rich history with paintings and sketches on the walls. Comfortable bed and relaxing lighting make for an enjoyable stay. Friendly and efficient staff provide good service.

We were really surprised when we arrived to find ourselves upgraded to a club room. The breakfast was included and it was amazing, with a great variety of options. We had a small issue with our room, but the staff were able to quickly resolve it and made sure we were comfortable. a very enjoyable stay.
